1. Acceptance of Terms

pk3867 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account functionality, including withdrawal processing.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your pk3867 account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk3867 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk3867 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk3867 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. pk3867 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital interface.

Any unauthorised use of pk3867 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. pk3867 reserves all rights not expressly granted under this licence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3867, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, pk3867 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from any interruption of service, system failure, or technical error.
• Any loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your player account.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Actions taken by pk3867 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or bet voidance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk3867 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data

pk3867 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the pk3867 Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

pk3867 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including where pk3867 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• The player's betting activity exhibits patterns consistent with match-fixing, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The player has initiated fraudulent chargebacks against pk3867.
• The player's continued use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to pk3867.

Players may voluntarily close their pk3867 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the player's reasonable satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to pk3867's compliance team for independent review. A written decision will be issued within 21 calendar days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitral institution. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk3867 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its legitimate business interests.

14. Amendments to Terms

pk3867 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk3867 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk3867 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to initiate account closure.
